Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the total rental balance is due at the time of reservation. Deposits are fully refundable when cancelled 72hrs prior to scheduled rental pickup.
Early Returns: If original rental booking rate was discounted (Weekly/Monthly rate) and returned early the daily rental rate will apply for total days rented. The remaining balance after rate adjustment is eligible for a 50% refund on any remaining balance.
Late Return: Customers are allowed an hour grace period from the scheduled return time. If the rental is more than an hour late the customer will be charged an additional day. If a rental is not returned on the scheduled date, customers will be charged by the day until rental is returned.
Cleaning Fee: All rentals should be clean upon return. If a trailer has not been cleaned the customer is subject to a cleaning fee of $115.
Lost or Damaged License Plates: Rentals returned with lost or damaged license plates will be charged $50.
Damaged Rental Returns: If a rental is returned damaged the service department will contact the customer directly with an estimate for repairs.
