By placing a sales order, the customer offers to purchase the goods under these terms, and a binding contract is formed only when the seller issues an order acknowledgment or invoice. Title to the goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received. The order becomes firm once payment or any agreed reservation amount is made, which will be credited to the final price but is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be made before the goods are released. Prices and specifications are subject to change until the order is accepted/confirmed, and the seller may decline or cancel orders if payment is not timely, goods go out of stock, or in case of manifest error.
