Returns & Refund Policy

At Alaska Trailer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Trailer Sales
Trailer sales are subject to the terms outlined in the purchase agreement.
Once a trailer has been delivered or picked up, returns may not be accepted or may only be accepted as provided in the purchase agreement.
2. Trailer Rentals
Rental reservations may be canceled for a refund if canceled before the scheduled pickup date.
No refunds are provided for unused rental time after pickup.
3. Service & Repair Work
Service and repair charges are non-refundable once work has been completed.
If you have concerns regarding completed work, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt so we can assist with repair, replacement, or refund options.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
